Learn how to accept things how they are and release the “shoulds” of your relationship! Increase your awareness of unsolvable vs. solvable problems.
This activity is for couples who want to let go of “what should be” in their relationship and accept how things are at the present time. This involves accepting the present without fighting or attempting to change the circumstances. For example, have you ever used statements such as “I wish my partner was more understanding”? Have you struggled and argued over the same topics consistently in your relationship? This activity will encourage a new perspective of your relationship, yourself, and your partner.
