Reflecting on how you may have lost sight of appreciating your partner can truly enhance your relationship. This segment will provide questions and discussion to help you learn how to increase your feelings and expression of gratitude for your partner.
Step 1: Take the pre-test. Take a self-test on gratitude in your relationship (if you aren’t working with a Hope consultant then type in “self directed” as the name of your consultant).
Step 2: Watch this brief presentation. This presentation can be watched separately or together to learn more about gratitude.
Important Notice: This presentation is not intended for individuals who have experienced a serious offense, such as infidelity or domestic violence. These behaviors should be addressed with a couple therapist.
